Mobile Optical Pluggables Alliance (MOPA) has released technical paper version 3.1. This version makes additions to several new areas, including a new section on Cloud RAN optics, which summarizes survey responses from the MOPA Advisory Board operators, and 100 Gbps retimed and linear SFP112 pluggables. This release also includes a new stand-alone paper related to tight sync implementation characteristics for coherent modules. See mopa-alliance.org
